Isha Foundation by one of our investors, Brand Capital. I was asked to describe my journey. I said yes, without thinking if I could really do it. I went on the stage with around 200 CXOs in the audience, not knowing how it will really turn out. 

I went building on the story I planned to tell, with a lot of unplanned anecdotes and punch lines. That spontaneity engaged the audience deeply with encouraging rounds of applause. And when I completed my talk, I received a 30 seconds of uninterrupted standing ovation by the audience!

That was my first encounter with my ability to energize and engage an audience. And there started my journey of “Talking the Walk”. Its been 10 years since I first stood on the stage sharing my journey and ever since I have been able to impact personally lakhs and digitally millions.
